The Empower Benefits outsource solution offers clients a web platform for employees to access and receive discounts from over 300 nationwide retailers. Empower Benefits also provides access to voluntary employee benefits through payroll deduction. Empower Benefits manages all relationships with outside vendors, and provides a consolidated billing service to its clients, allowing them to offer employees a wider variety of employee benefits without using their own time and resources.
Alliance Group is a 45 percent shareholder in the company, and throughout the transaction process, O’Nan and Chief Operating Officer Michael Pitino have played a critical role in creating a sound financial strategy for Malone and Empower Benefits.
